Expertise

We do it all, and we do it the right way.

General Contracting

As a general contractor, White-Spunner is responsible for all aspects of project coordination and jobsite safety. Our team of experienced superintendents and project managers have worked across the country overseeing thousands of projects, subcontractors and vendors. We hold weekly on-site progress meetings to determine needs, address issues and confirm timelines. We do everything in our power to make sure projects are completed on time and in budget.

Construction Management

During the construction management phase, White-Spunner represents the owner’s interests while providing oversight of the entire project. We are involved with the project from conception to close-out and work closely with the design team to develop budgets, schedules and safety plans in addition to managing contracts and human resources. After the design phase, we act as the owner’s representative to manage every aspect of the project until it is completed.

Design-Build

White-Spunner Construction employs both the design-build and design-assist methods to meet the needs of our customers. Today, our design-build team is the project owner’s point of contact and works under a single contract to achieve all construction goals.

Our expertise enables us to offer a more streamlined and effective construction process, and with the help of our multifaceted construction services staff, we can take your ideas from concept to completion.

Pre-Construction

White-Spunner’s approach to cost analysis, control, reduction and value engineering begins with providing focused pre-construction services. Detailed baseline budget estimates and schedules are created to reflect these objectives and goals. These tools become the benchmarks by which the project’s performance is tracked and analyzed to assure that both the project’s budget and schedule goals are met.

Self-Perform

When projects mandate self-perform work, White-Spunner has the capacity to fulfill those needs. When necessary, self-performing work allows us to better manage the overall budget and schedule, to make adjustments without delays and most importantly, ensure our strict safety standards are being followed and enforced.
