The CarMax Auto Superstore in Lafayette, Louisiana, was built using White-Spunner’s own civil engineering forces to perform sitework and lay concrete. In order to construct the load bearing CMU building, our team utilized structural steel framing and columns. HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, landscaping and irrigation were installed. Additionally, the facility included the installation of fuel storage tanks and dispensers, automobile lifts, wash bays and maintenance equipment. In the commercial sales floor area, White-Spunner installed drywall, graphic finishes, wall coverings and painted the exterior and interior of the entire building.
