CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE

We were chosen as general contractor for this $50+ million,
183,000-square-foot development located on 500 acres in Foley,
Alabama. Plans called for the project to include themed districts
offering shopping, dining, and entertainment for all ages. White-
Spunner Construction built a warehouse district, a downtown
district reminiscent of a southern main street, and an island district
surrounded by a 14-acre lake.

TANGER OUTLETS

CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE

The Tanger Outlet Center in Foley, Alabama (formerly Riviera Centre) is a 525,000-square-foot retail development with more than 120 brand name and designer outlet stores. Since the completion of the outlet center, White-Spunner Construction has maintained a strong relationship with this owner by completing several renovations/additions to the development and by building another outlet center in Myrtle Beach. The 465,000-square-foot outlet center in Myrtle Beach included more than 65 separate retail stores and was completed in record time.

HIGH POINT TOWN CENTER

PRATTVILLE, ALABAMA

CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE

This retail center features a combination of structural steel framing and load-bearing masonry walls. The facade is integrally colored masonry, stone and EIFS. The project included a 54,000-square-foot Publix supermarket, a 30,000-square-foot Best Buy electronics store and a 3,000-square-foot retail shop for lease.

PLANTATION POINT SHOPPING CENTER

PROJECT LOCATION:

CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE

The Plantation Point Center was built on a 50-acre site with 415,000 square feet of retail space. The project included five outparcels for restaurants and stores with two large anchor tenants, BJ’s Wholesale and PETCO. This project also included site work that involved building a roadway to connect to existing infrastructure, as well as widening a mile of existing roadway adjacent to the project site.

SHOPPES AT WHITESTOWN PARKWAY

CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE

The Shoppes at Whitestown Parkway, in Whitestown, IN, is a 176,500-square-foot retail development with 9 brand name stores, situated on 32 acres. A few of the brand names stores include TJ Maxx, Petco, Ross, 5 Below, and Ashley Home Furniture. We are on schedule to complete the Shoppes at Whitestown Parkway in 2019.
