CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE

This 84,000-square-foot, mixed-use development includes 20,000 square feet of commercial space and 64,000 square feet of rental housing for mixed-income seniors. The commercial component houses the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority on the upper three floors, as well as ground floor retail space. The adjoining apartment complex, King Rampart Apartments, consists of 70 units with parking on the ground floor.

MERCHANTS NATIONAL BANK BUILDING APARTMENTS

CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE

Merchants National Bank was built in 1928. This 23-story skyscraper has Neoclassical elements along the street, and the upper stories of the building are stepped. This structure is capped with a pyramidal metal rood, and the light and dark bricks show the Deco influence. This historic building will be renovated into 80 market-rate apartments in Downtown Mobile. There will be a complete gut of interiors with rebuilding to include all new sprinklers, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. Also, a new gym and amenity area will be added for the residents and connecting office buildings. Parking will be available in the connecting parking garage.

CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE

OneEleven is a mixed-use development incorporating dining and entertainment, office space and residences in the heart of Downtown Baton Rouge, the first ground-up residential project built there in more than 40 years. The Stroubes building at Third Street and North Boulevard houses the upscale Stroubes Seafood & Steaks Chophouse, while OneEleven, located directly behind the Shaw Center for the Arts, includes 5,000 square feet of office space and 12 loft-style apartment units. Amenities include wide-plank French oak floors, up to 12-foot ceilings with exposed ductwork, granite countertops, energy-efficient stainless steel appliances, and balconies and terraces in most units.

The Muses is an innovative, mixed-use urban residential development in Historic Central City in New Orleans. CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE

The Yacht Club at Terry Cove is a 6-story building with 20 luxury units and a bottom-floor parking garage. Each condominium consists of 3,288 square feet of living space and includes a deep water boat slip. Features of this project include Spanish mission architecture, poolside cabanas, a heated pool and hot tub, private elevators, covered parking, a fitness center, and private storage units.
