EEOC & Drug Policy

We are an equal opportunity employer, and we look to fill every position with the best-qualified person regardless of age, gender, race, religion, disability or national origin. With our home office in Mobile, Alabama we recruit from all over the Southeast to find the right fit for every position.

We are an Alabama Drug-Free Workplace, all prospective employees are subject to successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.

Recruiter Policy

Third-party recruiters are agencies, organizations, or individuals recruiting candidates for temporary, part-time, or full-time employment opportunities other than for their own needs. This includes entities that refer or recruit for profit or not for profit, and it includes organizations that collect candidate information to be disclosed to employers for purposes of recruitment and employment.

White-Spunner Construction is interested in providing all possible employment opportunities to our candidates. We pride ourselves in selecting long term professional candidates who are not only a fit for performance but a positive contribution to our culture, growth strategy and family atmosphere. For this reason, we have found greater success in direct placement of candidates or select, long term relationships with a small circle of recruiting firms.

We will work and receive services from pre-screened, selected third party recruiters, who meet with WSC’s approval process and agree to comply with our policies and procedures. All thirdparty recruiters seeking to submit candidates or enter into recruiting agreements must first submit their information inclusive of:

  • The name of the firm for whom you are recruiting for
  • Recruiter name and tenure with current firm
  • Fees assessed by the agency in all forms
  • 2 References from Medium to Large sized commercial construction firms

Recruiters that are currently accepted into our system, and exempt from this policy are:

  • Fit Recruiting
  • Sirius Technical Recruiting
  • Pangea Two
