As Construction Manager for the Retirement Systems of Alabama, White-Spunner Construction oversaw the build-out for Dauphin's on the 34th floor of the RSA Trustmark Building. This upscale restaurant, piano bar and lounge offers a spectacular 360-degree view of downtown Mobile and Mobile Bay. Dauphin's encompasses 7000 square feet of newly renovated restaurant space that was previously known as the Bienville Club since the late 1960's. The space now has a more modern, sophisticated look and features custom artwork from local artists, a beautiful baby grand piano, a contemporary and comfortable bar and lounge area, and the Mobile area's first and only chef's table overlooking the city skyline. Dauphin's is the newest addition to Aloha Hospitality, a family of 13 restaurants owned by Bob Baumhower. The restaurant's name pays tribute to the Mobile region's French heritage, as well as Baumhower's 10-season career in the NFL as a defensive tackle for the Miami Dolphins.
