Hello everyone, my name is Ross Moyer and I'd like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as the new Safety Manager for White-Spunner Construction.  A little background information about me. I grew up in Oklahoma in a rural area near Tulsa, where I raised by my mother and father who instilled me with the values that I still try to live my life by today. They taught me that hard work is second to none and to always live my life with integrity.

I attended college at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK where I received a B.S. while double majoring in Environmental Health and Safety Management. I knew from my past experiences in construction, that I had a passion for the field and a great eye for safety. My education allowed me to expand on that knowledge and also has taught me how to adapt in the ever changing environment that is construction.

After graduating from Northeastern State I worked as a Safety Inspector for pipeline and oil field construction throughout Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, and Illinois including a term working on the Keystone XL Pipeline. My family and I have recently moved to the Gulf Coast to experience a life on the beach.  I am very excited about this opportunity to work with White-Spunner Construction.

Thank you for your time and I'’ll leave you with this thought. "Complacency is the largest threat to Safety."
